yes another post for today.  Since I did a layout earlier I felt the need to do a card.  I used 2 of the new stamps I got last night as well.

My husband is making dinner tonight so I am going to tidy up my scrapping area.  It's movie night!!  Hope you all are having a good day.

saturday

Well it's Saturday and I had a few days off work this week and thought I would have done some scrappin' but really had no inspiration. 
Last night I went to the scrappy sale at Kim's.  Got some new goodies.  Thanks for having it, hope you do it again. 
As most of you know I am doing my wedding album in black and white plus really like black and white paper.  So I scored some black and white paper last night which I used in this layout.  Yes a layout not a card.  

 This isn't the correct picture I am going to use on here.  I plan on using a black and white picture.

I was just playing around with some stamps the other night and came up with this.

And again I used up some scraps of paper making a nice simple card.

It's Sunday night already.  Where did the weekend go? I didn't do much scrapping at all this weekend.  I had a nice relaxing weekend doing nothing.  It was great! Hope you all had a good weekend.

I love the simple look of mini cards and a good way to use up some scraps of paper.

So one day awhile ago I was surfing the net and found a pic of a paper craft and thought it was really neat.  So I saved the pic thinking I'll ask around and see if anyone knows what to call it and if they know how to make it.  While I kinda of forgot about it until I came upon it again but this time with instructions!!  So normally at this time of night I am in front of the TV trying to stay awake but I was so excited to make this I just had to stay up longer to post it for y'all.  

 The site I found this on called it a treat box but I am sure you can use it for many different things.

Hey y'all....well its hump day....the week is 1/2 over...here is just a quick card I put together this afternoon before I got to work around the house.  I felt I needed a little scrap therapy before doing housework.  We all know the dirty and work never goes anywhere.

back in routine

Well things are getting back to routine around here.  We had monday off and I put this card together.  Not sure of the paper choice but here it is anyways.

 I love the saying " sometimes the heart sees what is invisible to the eye". 

 Hope you all have a good night.  Tomorrow is thursday already, and of course we all can't wait for the weekend.

blahhhhh....

Well its my last night of holidays, back to work tomorrow.  The house is back to normal and we need to get our life back on schedule.  So as always we have a list of new year resolutions, eat healthy, exercise, save money, paint the bathrooms, etc.  So to kick it off I will now be getting up 10mins earlier just to make sure I eat breakfast and pack a good lunch and snacks.  I am posting all this so you can all keep an eye on me to make sure I am following through.  Now if someone could just pick the colour for my bathrooms we'd be set but I keep changing my mind.

Hey just wanted to share a couple cards I made today.  I love having time to just play.

 I love this cosmo cricket paper and sayings on it and I was really in the mood for using buttons.  I might use both of them as birthday cards.

Go away I'm sleeping.  Our cat Willow's favorite position to sleep on the arm of the couch.  She must have been really tired watching me take down the Christmas decorations because she fell asleep while we were watch a movie after.

So I was off work a few days this past week and wanted to get out to scrap but that just didn't happen so the other night I put together this card.  I just really wanted to use the new paper I got and the "with a cherry on top" stamp which I've had for awhile but never used.

 The paper is My Mind's Eye and the stamp is a Stamping Bella.  I don't have this image but I think I want it now.
